54. The Commission may, at the end of the trial and upon request by the advocate, reconsider the number of preparation periods to which the advocate was entitled under the second paragraph of section 51 where the number of hearing days actually held for the trial is greater than one and a half the number of hearing days scheduled for the presentation of the prosecution’s evidence.
